- How can I view my cargo delivery status?

‘When we hand your order for shipping, we will notify you by e-mail and sms. By clicking the ''My Orders '' section under ''Name Surname / Special to Me" After you click on the "Order Details" button located on the right of your order, you can click on "Where Is My Cargo" to view your cargo status.
- How can I find out the Delivery Date of my shopping cart or product?
"Estimated Delivery Time" is specified on the bottom left side of the shopping cart.
- What are the Tasks of Senders in Regards to the Acceptance of Cargo Shipments?
1- The individuals who receive or deliver the shipments must show a TR Identity Card, TR Drivers License or a passport and if this employee is a representative, an authorization certificate, to our officers (for foreign individuals, a passport or an internationally valid equivalent or an identification document provided by the legal authorities of the TR).
2- The information of the sender (if a real person, name and surname, TR ID Number, Phone number and if a legal entity, full title, Taxpayer ID Number or Centril Registration System Number (Mersis), address and a phone number) or the person who is delivering the Delivery (name and surname, TR ID Number, Address, Phone Number) and the Receivers name and surname/title and open address are recorded.
3- The contents of the Delivery are recorded.
4- Shipment is not accepted if information is not provided.
- How is the security check applied during acceptance of shipments
1- Shipments shall be accepted in the presence of the sender. (Communication deliveries or deliveries that are shipped with bills or invoices within the scope of a contract are not inspected as a default rule and if any such package is suspected to contain prohibited goods, it is requested from the sender to open the package in order to inspect the contents before acceptance.)
2- Shipment is not accepted if the sender does not agree to the inspection.
- What Information is Obligatory to Record During the Delivery Stage?
According to the related legislation, the service provider (mail-delivery companies) must at the very least, record the name and surname and TR ID number (for foreign individuals, passport number, the number of the internationally valid equivalent document's number or the number of the identification document provided by legal authorities of TR) are recorded during the delivery stage and they are kept for at least two years by providing confidentiality in order to provide the related authorities with such information upon their request. If the buyer does not want to provide identification information, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender. During the delivery of the shipment to the receiver, the receiver must submit a TR Identity Card, TR Drivers License or passport and if this employee is a representative, an authorization certificate, to our officers (for foreign individuals, a passport or an internationally valid equivalent or an identification document provided by the legal authorities of the TR). If the receiver does not want to share his/her identity information, the delivery is returned to sender.
- During hours of the day will my product be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by MNG Kargo on business days between 09:00 - 18:00, except for public holidays.
- How can I change the address of my order?
To check the status of your order, click on the "My Private" segment on the main page and check your order from the "My Orders" tab. To communicate your new address with your order number, you can call our call center or send us an e-mail through the contact section. "If the order has been delivered to the cargo, the change of the address is done by us. Your updated address will be communicated to the shipping company and your address will be changed.
- Are there deliveries on public holidays?
Our shipping company does not do deliveries on public holidays..
- Can you send my order before the promised date?
The delivery will be completed according to the information you have been provided upon the completion of delivery.
- Can I attach a gift note to my order?
We currently do not have a gift note application for your orders.
- Is VAT included in the product prices?
VAT is included in all product prices.
