All shipments are delivered to the address and the person concerned. Goods / products can be received from the cargo company branch located in your area. If the buyer is not at the address, delivery can be made to a relative after the identity information of the receiver is verified.
- How do I get my order where there is no shipping company branch nearby?
Products can be delivered to each and every corner of Turkey. If there are no shipping agents available in your area, the product will be delivered to you on certain days from the Mobile Zones.

In such a case the process is as follows: When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo agent, always check the outer package for damage before picking up the product, and if you find a damage in your package, have the cargo agent prepare a "Fact Finding Report". If you notice any damage after the delivery of the order, you must contact the relevant shipping branch immediately and request that they prepare a "Fact Finding Report". If the shipping branch does not assist you in this matter, please inform us as soon as possible.
